Service 04

Automations that do the work while you sleep.

If your team copies data between tools, chases the same follow-ups every week or rebuilds the same report every Monday, that is a system waiting to be built. I use n8n, Make.com, Airtable and Claude, whichever fits the job, and hand it over documented.

What I build.

  • 01

    Lead capture and routing

Every form, ad and inbox enquiry lands in your CRM in seconds, enriched and assigned.

  • 02

    Client onboarding

Contract, welcome email, folders and CRM updates, all triggered by one signup.

  • 03

    CRM automation

HubSpot, Airtable and Google Sheets kept clean and current without manual entry.

  • 04

    Invoicing and payments

Invoice reminders, payment logging and overdue alerts, so nothing slips.

  • 05

    Reporting and alerts

Daily digests and instant alerts in Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp or Gmail.

  • 06

    Document processing

PDFs and attachments parsed into clean rows, with Claude reading what fixed rules cannot.

Watch it work.

All build films
  • Finance operations

Three-way invoice matching, done in code

Invoices from the accounts inbox are read to a strict schema, matched against purchase orders and goods receipts, and every total is recomputed in code. Clean matches queue for approval and only the exceptions reach a reviewer.

  • Competitive intelligence

A competitor price monitor that fails loudly

Playwright collects competitor prices and validates each one against history. When a scraper silently breaks, it raises an alert instead of storing bad data, so decisions never rest on stale prices.

  • Purchasing

Restock planning: arithmetic first, judgement after

Reorder points and quantities are computed in code from sales history, seasonality and supplier lead times. Claude then adds buyer notes and supplier context to a weekly brief grouped by supplier.

  • Compliance

Compliance evidence, collected as it happens

Read-only collectors gather audit evidence across identity, cloud, code and ticketing as it happens, check it against each control's wording, and flag gaps inside the quarter instead of at audit time.

  • Sales operations

    An AI proposal generator

A project brief goes in and a structured proposal draft comes out in your wording and order: understanding, scope of work, approach, timeline and price from your own rate card, and next steps.

Three steps. No surprises.

  1. 01

    Tell me your workflow

We map the manual process, find the bottleneck and agree what done looks like.

  2. 02

    I build your system

Built in your accounts with Claude Code and the right tool for the job, tested end to end.

  3. 03

    You own it

Handover with a walkthrough video and plain docs. You can run it, change it and scale it.

Good questions.

01n8n or Make.com: which should I use?

Make.com is quicker to set up and easy for a non-technical team to follow. n8n handles heavier logic, can be self-hosted, and gets cheaper as your volume grows. I recommend one based on your volume, your budget and who will maintain it, and explain why.

02What if an automation breaks?

I build in error alerts, so a failure reaches you or me instead of failing silently. Every project includes a support window for fixes, and after that you can keep me on retainer or message me when something comes up.

03Do you work with the tools we already use?

Almost always. If a tool has an API, a webhook or even a reliable export, it can be connected. If something genuinely cannot be automated, I tell you before you pay for anything.
